We recommend selecting and ordering your gown 9-12 months prior to the big day!

This will allow plenty of time for your gown to arrive and for the alterations process to take place. Plus, your dress can really set the tone of the entire day, so there is no such thing as choosing it too early! Doing so may make other stylistic decisions easier.

Standard delivery for our special order gowns is 4-6 months, depending on the designer and style chosen. The average timeframe for alterations is around 2-3 months.

This being said, have no fear if your wedding is coming up soon! Most of our designers can accommodate an expedited shipping date, and we also have an amazing selection of off-the-rack gowns available, which are ready to take home the day of your appointment.

Doing so will ensure that we have adequate time to prepare to provide you with the most remarkable and intimate experience possible, surrounded by the people you love most, in your very own bridal suite. Your devoted stylist will guide you through the entire selection process and navigate the gown assortment for you based on your preferences, budget, and special requests.

We recommend booking your appointment 2-4 weeks in advance for weekdays and about 6 weeks in advance for Saturdays.

Our bridal collection ranges from $2,200 to $10,000.

The majority of our special order styles fall between $2,500 to $4,500, with the average price point falling around $3,500.

We do have a select number of off-the-rack options. These are samples that have been discontinued and are available to purchase and take home on the same day. Please let us know within your inquiry if this option fits your needs better than a special order.

A special order bridal gown is made specifically for you — in your size, preferred color, and with any desired customizations.

You’ll try on our sample gowns at the boutique, and your stylist will guide you through customization options with each gown. After you select ‘the one’, we will measure you and walk you through the ordering process, ensuring your gown arrives just as you wish!

Our team will keep you updated every step of the way, and once it arrives at the boutique, you’ll have a private appointment to see your beautiful gown for the very first time and take her home with you that day!

Most of our samples range from size 6-14 in bridal sizing, which translates to a 4-12 in street size. We also have a selection of plus size dresses that range between sizes 16-20.

Your bridal stylist will help you in and out of the dresses, and our team is armed with tips and tricks to help you envision how each gown will look on your body.

We encourage brides to bring 1-3 individuals whose opinions you value and trust. Keeping your party small and intimate will allow you to more freely and easily follow your heart in the selection process.

Our bridal suites can comfortably seat up to 5 guests.

Please come with:

Proper undergarments (specifically nude underwear, but you can also bring your preferred shape-wear and strapless bra if desired)

Heels around the same height you plan to wear on the wedding day can also be helpful in the measuring process, but will not be needed for the duration of the appointment

Hair and makeup done to your desired level — we want you to feel your best when selecting your dream gown, and to get whole visual picture!

We will provide water and champagne for you and your guests. Please refrain from bringing any food or drinks into the boutique, as we wish to protect the quality of our gowns.

We accept cash, checks, or credit cards.

We require a 60% non-refundable deposit to order your bridal gown, with the remaining 40% due upon the arrival of your dress. Additional fees, shipping fees, and taxes will be applied if applicable.

Dresses sold off-the-rack (samples) and all accessories must be paid for in full.

Due to our love for and commitment to our exclusive designer lines and in an effort to offer all brides the same courtesy, we do not offer any discounts or negotiate any of our bridal gown prices (regardless of payment or shipping method).

Sample gowns will only be marked down when sold or purchased off-the-rack and will be priced according to any wear and tear.

We do not include any alterations costs into the price of our wedding gowns.

Pricing with our recommended seamstresses will range from $400-$750, and payment will be due at the completion of the alteration process, paid directly to the seamstress.
